I want to build what will become a 3 bedroom apartment on my farm for my workers

Can anyone be kind enough to provide me with quote for the materials I will need to have to build.

While I aim to build a two bedroom apartment first, I want to first build a single room apartment on the farm out of the 3 bedroom apartment.

So, i need a quote for the materials :

1. I will need to build a room apartment ( Wood, Cement, Blocks, Nails, Roofing Sheets etc )

2. I will need to build a 3-Bedroom apartment ( Wood, Cement, Blocks, Nails, Roofing Sheets etc )
