The Anambra State Police Command has called on the public especially residents of Abia, Akwa-Ibom, and Rivers State to help identify these children, for a possible reunion with their parents, IGBERETV reports.

A statement released by the spokesperson of the command, DSP Ikenga Tochukwu, gave the names of the minors as David Frang, Male, Age: 8yrs, Sarah Frang, female, age: 3yrs and Chibuchi Sunday, Male, Age: 7yrs. He said they were recovered from individual suspects who are already in custody.

Tochukwu said given the confessions of the suspects, the children were taken away from their parents in the respective states mentioned above and brought to Anambra State.

"Therefore, anyone who knows the parents of these children should inform them to come to Anambra State Police Command with proof, while the Police command shall do the necessary checks before handing them over'', the police spokesperson said.

Tochukwu added that anyone with useful information should call the command control room number 07039194332 or 08039334002.

I keep saying until the old leaders allow the new leaders to emerge they won't have clue on whether to tackle insecurity or abduction.
The ngpolice force is the most clueless set of organisations. Everything always circles around the general public support. When will they even put effort to ensure every child birth should be registered to there portal through NHS or clinical support. There are systematic ways of cubbing little issues as this so as this kids can reunite with their various parents.
Let them implement a system where every child birth gets DNA recorded to them so as to tackle cases like this. Not Everything public come and help us o.. ozour
