I use a ZTE modem from starcomms for IZAP internet service. I want to find out if it is possible to make it a wireless hotspot without a wireless router, to enable me connect other wifi enabled devices to the same service.

I use a dell inspiron with wifi (no bluetooth). I recently got an android device and i use about 80 MB daily on it. I want to cut cost and still utilize the full range of products android offers.

Gurus in the house, please assist.
