Admin. please I don't know which section to post this. let it make front page please. Last December, I registered for NEBOSH training with novelle center. The training which was supposed to start by 12th of December 2022, was suddenly postponed by Novelle center citing some conditions. I had already paid over 80% of the money and I have programmed my annual leave from work to start at the stipulated date. Now I couldn't make the training due to reschedule by Novelle center.. I mail novelle center for a refund since January and till now they haven't paid me. I have sent series of mail, made several call but all to no avail. they promised 30 working days which had elapsed. please house what do I do ? Has anyone experienced this with them? please, I need urgent answer. cc.mynd44 laslasticlala |
