Get a blood pressure machine. . . .

Check your BP before and after you log on and off NL.

I have learned over the years to get lots of sleep, exercise and eat properly before logging on to NL.
I NEVER LOG ON TO NL WHILE I AM AT WORK.

I used to sleep day and night on NL from 2007 - 2010. Heavens forbid! That can never happen now!
