The Quran says that Muhammad was lost and misguided before he became a prophet:

Muslims and the habit of finding what's not in the bible. So, what's the purpose of above, what is the relevance of knowing his customers. People knew him as a carpenter, that tells he had customers.
Jesus started his ministry at age 30, that was when he fully went about preaching the gospel.
The story in Luke 2 was written to show he knew he was the son of God even as a teenager.
Joseph childhood was given in detail because it had bearing on circumstances that changed his life as an adult. Jesus lived a conventional teenage years.
A summary of his childhood was given in Luke 2.51-52. If u not happy, then I can refer u to the infancy gospel of Thomas, the syriac gospel of Jesus and gospel of pseudo-matthew. They gave lots of details about Jesus boyhood some of which the Koran copied.
Sorry I can't quote the verses because they are apocryphal, but you shouldn't have a problem with that since u guys read and believe the half-truth hadiths. Unless u are a koranist, I believe u won't have a problem accepting the answers in those gospels.

Now, I equally challenge unto tell us the name of Mohammed's parents as stated in the Koran. Tell us how he became an orphan and those he lived with while growing up according to the koran. pls dont quote hadiths because we Christians dont believe in apocryphal literatures.

Also tell us how many times a muslim should pray per day, and how to pray according to the Koran. Pls I want u to quote koranic verses and not some apocryphal text written 200 yrs later that u guys don't even believe the whole content.
Koran is meant to be a complete book that answers everything for Muslims so pls show me the above in the Koran.
