SECRETARY/ YOUTUBE AND SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

Our client a mulltimedia company that create contents and distribute online and to major TV stations in Nigeria and West-Africa including MultiChoice/DSTV. The organization seeks an expert and experience person in managing their online channels and more importantly their YouTube, responds to comments, monitor the earnings and.
Interested Candidate will be in charge of all social media pages across multiple platforms expanding our digital presence, developing new strategies and monitoring our online progress.

QUALIFICATIONS

Ideal candidate must possess HND or its equivalent. •Minimum of lower credit from a recognized institution. •Must be tech savy. •Must possess extensive knowledge of social media and YouTube. •1-2 year of social media management experience. •General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking web content. •Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention.

JOB DESCRIPTION

(a) Analyzing engagement data. (b) Identifying trends in customer interactions and planning digital campaigns to build community online.
(c) Answer customers questions on social pages daily. (d) Build relationship with customers via consistent communication (likes and comments). (e) Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experience.
