I blame M6 Moto way for this result. The boys looked sharp and the zeal/hunger to excel is there but the Moto way was jam packed yesterday so we couldn't pass Manchester on time and that traumatised my young players (if you get what i mean in french accent)

Same old problems that should have been dealt with in the summer. (1) We are not disciplined at the back. It seems the players are not always aware of their defensive duties that is why nobody goes for the ball while defending set pieces. We need to abandon zonal marking and switch to man marking so that we can utilise Mertesacker's weakness(pace) to our strength. (2) we need to change to change formation from 4-3-3 to 4-1-3-2 or 4-4-2 or better still 4-4-1-1 to enable us have additional presence in the opponents box. We really need to do something fast because i don't see Wenger changing approach early enough.
