Parallex Bank Limited successfully converted from Parallex Microfinance Bank to a commercial bank duly licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria to carry out commercial banking services. This has never been achieved in the Nigerian banking space, making it the first microfinance bank to become a commercial bank.
