Last year I made a promise to myself to buy land every year till I'm done with school and Mashallah I got one last year August. The plan was to see how each year goes financially and buy if it goes well. The problem now is the land I bought has already appreciated and I believe will even be much more before I buy around year end. I have this strong urge to get another plot now instead of waiting, but I don't know if I will be making a mistake
