Apart from excursions like this, many contemporary school pupils are deprived of writing and comprehension skills which emboldens them to express their opinion on social media violently.

Teach them the subtle arts of expression and eloquence.

Let the children learn paradoxes, oxymorons and ironies peculiar to the Nigerian story like, "the sun rises in the west and sets in the East" so that they can retrospect even as young people.

Let them write essays about their outings. Examine them to ensure the trips improved their lives.

God Bless Nigeria.
God Bless Lagos State.
God bless the pupils.

Red line is under construction. Based on what Sanwoolu said, it will also be ready before the end of his first tenure. That means we are looking at May this year.

It's fine, it's a great project, but it came at the wrong time.

Imagine powering the various terminal's with generator and the various consequences?

This rail line can't even serve up to 50k people per day, it can't generate up to 100k isd per day, yet it has gulped $2 bilion.

The $2 billion USD would have been used to build a world class has turbine that will provide 247 electricity for Lagosians. That will in turn create lots of revenue for the state and also trigger the industrialization process of Lagos State.

A government should embark on projects like when their is 247 power supply..

And good investment in industrialization process.

The smart Chinese government still invest in industrialization and good businesses. The west on the other hand adopted and opportunitie and today they are paying the price.

China has taken over.

Government must invest in businesses, government must build factories.

Let's learn from China and not the west.

Lagos is fast emerging an modern city as seen in Europe

Still has a long way to go....if they can clean out the slums and then extend the raillines all the way to Epe and Badagri..plus bring in Lagos underground rail....then we can start talking

As a LP or grv supporter, you shouldnā€™t have allowed your children/wards to board the train. After all Sanwo olu is not working. šŸ˜ƒšŸ˜ƒšŸ˜ƒ

We will get 24 hours power supply when Nigerians stop chasing away disco workers, and allow DISCOS to set their prices and pay them their money.

China that you admire...government there does not 'build everything' plus people pay their bills for power, roads etc like everyone else. Thier companies run on profit, and they also have lots of capitalism.

Expecting government to build everything is basically expecting government to take loans galore for the matter.
