We are a food processing company based in Ibadan. We are hiring for the position below:
LOGISTICS PERSONNEL
Position: Delivery Personnel
Three (3) slots
Level: Junior Officers
Location: Odo Ona Kekere environs, Ibadan
Role:
a. Verify orders before each delivery and maintain a detailed, comprehensive delivery log
b. Loading and/or unloading products at various locations primarily within a specific geographic territory
c. Manage multiple orders, delivery locations and customers at the same time
d. Deliver orders within optimal period of time, ensuring product quality is maintained with respect for customers preference
e. Communicate clearly with customers and food service employees demonstrating an eagerness to work through any issue or point of confusion
f. Record information on daily delivery record and obtaining customer signature upon delivery
g. Ensure safe delivery of delivery crew and vehicle
4. Qualification
a. Ordinary National Diploma (OND), Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bachelor Degree in Transport and Logistics Management, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management or any other related course
b. Minimum of 1 years working experience in the supply chain department
c. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
d. Be able to follow written procedures
e. Follow plant GMP, Health & Safety and Food Safety guideline
f. Ability to work quickly and safely to meet sales and supplies requirement
g. Strong problem-solving skill
h. Strong analytical skill
5. Physical Requirement
a. Ability to work in wet and cold environment (40°C)
b. Strong body build to lift materials
c. Ability to withstand long hours of sitting
d. Exposure to noise
e. High tolerance to animal blood and animal carcasses
