I want a well informed nairaland member to explain to me all he or she knows about Travel insurance that is travel insurance for international study and travel insurance for tourist visa. I understand that Germany, Holland, spain, Italy, France, Sweden, Finland, Belgium, Switzerland and other schegen or european country always demand for it at their embassy as part of visa processing protocols. I read a post in one of the website that one is expected to present an insurance cover of 30,000 euros for visa application. what does this really mean? this is a huge amount of money? please explain to me how to go about this. I also want to know about Germany blocked account. what is a blocked account? who need it? is it for international study to germany or for all european country |
