One day, we will talk about how ex bankers, especially HR, move to other industries like consulting, oil and gas, etc and pollute or attempt to pollute those sectors with the toxicity of the HR styles & policies in the banking industry. But this Monday is not for violence so we will not postpone it for another day.

Well, I see this post from an angle of “lack of professionalism” the idea of the HR department is not for toxicity but transformation and resolution.

If any idea is brought to the table and it doesn’t suit well with you as an individual not an organization, there is need for proper COMMUNICATION so that everyone comes to an understanding.

Some people are stereotypes in thinking, they are never open to CHANGE that is why they feel the idea or suggestion for growth is meant to “pollute or attempt to pollute a system.”
