As the IT Lead for the shared services you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the technology infrastructure and operations of the company. Ensure that the technology systems are up-to-date and secure, and that all employees have the necessary equipment and software to perform their duties efficiently.

Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department.
Develop and implement IT policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Ensure the security and integrity of all technology systems.
Manage the IT budget and make recommendations for technology purchases.
Lead the development of new technology initiatives that improve the efficiency and productivity of the company.
Provide technical support to end-users and troubleshoot any issues with hardware, software, or network connectivity.
Manage relationships with vendors and other IT partners to ensure the company is receiving the best possible service.
Evaluate the effectiveness of IT systems and processes and make recommendations for improvements.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Align work tools such as systems to roles and units to ensure that the right system is allocated that will support various functions to maximize productivity.
Education and Work Experience

Required: A Minimum of first degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
Completion of NYSC program.
IT Certifications
Minimum of 4 years of work experience in the same role.
