Due to the poor condition of a less than 300 meter part of the Lagos Abeokuta Expressway, Ile-Epo/Oja, a formerly bustling business district in Agbado-Oke Odo Local Council Area in Alimosho Local Government of Lagos state, has been reduced to a mere shell of what it once was. The redirection of traffic to the BRT lane has also had a negative impact on businesses in the Ile-Epo market and roadside vendors.
