Oil companies is different from oil blocks. Oil companies is strictly business, oil blocks is politics. SE oil companies are operating in Niger Delta on oil blocks owned by Northern emirs and retired generals

So the Oil from the companies only comes from the oil wells in the East and those companies don't have any Oil wells allocated to them that is outside south East?
