Lagos Police Commissioner orders removal of DPO for lack of supervision and extortion ~ NewsEdge The Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Idowu Owohunwa, has ordered the immediate removal of the Divisional Police Officer of Okokomaiko, SP Emmanuel Edebagha, over the alleged extortion of N100,000 from a Lagos-based phone dealer.
