The body system definitely change as you are getting older.
What you do and don't do will determine the kind of old age you will live,a healthy or sick old age. I will advise you to choose a healthy old age because you money can't restore your health,it can only be managed, but you will still be sick.
Below are things to do now to enjoy and live a healthy old age.
People from 40 years can start doing them.

1. Eat more natural foods.

2. Exercise regularly.

3. Check your blood pressure regularly.

4. Check your sugar level regularly.

5. Stop eating anything that reacts in your body when you eat them.

6. For men, check your prostate situation, and for the women check your body for cancer once or twice a year. Early defection is the key for healing .

7. Drink water first thing in the morning before eating.

8. Smile, laugh and thank God no matter what you are passing through. It will help get rid of sickness a million dollar can't treat.
