Ordered something from Jumia its 7 days and the item still no where to be found. Like it's on the screenshot. Still in a sorting hub for a week. You guy might be saying why can't I leave them alone, I couldn't find this product elsewhere, between I was thinking they might have improved a bit, but they're even worse now.

An Item I ordered from Konga on 25th is ready for collection.

Also, here are the both strength and weaknesses. konga website is full of bugs and frequent failure. While Jumia website is very much functional but a very very poor delivery timeline. Note that this said product is
