Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive

ColouredSpaces Ltd is an indigenous brand support company based in Ikeja, Lagos, with over 14 years of experience in delivering world-class services in visibility, merchandising, and gift items.

Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced Sales and Marketing Executives to join our dynamic team and contribute to driving the company's sales. As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, implementing marketing plans, building and maintaining customer relationships, and creating sales reports.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Build strong relationships with clients to promote and sell company services.
2. Address client inquiries and provide necessary assistance.
3. Set up equipment and guide clients on the usage of branded merchandise.
4. Generate sales leads and follow up on assigned leads.
5. Adhere to standard operating procedures and business practices.
6. Contact assigned leads via phone, email, and direct mail as directed by management.
7. Document lead activity according to established guidelines.
8. Effectively utilize approved marketing collateral, presentations, and support materials.
9. Follow approved sales closing procedures as instructed.
10. Maintain the confidentiality and security of customer information as per corporate guidelines.
11. Achieve established performance guidelines within defined timelines.
12. Provide excellent customer service to existing and new leads under the direction of management.

Key Attributes/Qualifications of Ideal Candidate
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Excellent organizational and time-management skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
7. Knowledge of merchandising, branding, or FMCG is an advantage
8. Pleasant personality, smart, intelligent with an eye for details

Preferred gender: Female

Salary: ₦120,000 - ₦180,000 Monthly based on experience
