Very straight forward exam questions...if you're a student that's up to date with his/her lecture notes, you'll definitely request for at least 5 extra sheets. Cos I don't see any thing difficult here.

Since we're still on the 25% Abuja issue. If you look at the instructions carefully, According to it, you're expected to answer a total of 3 questions.

They said answer question one AND any other two. Meaning if you answer question one correctly AND fail to answer any other two questions as directed by the lecturer, you'll definitely fail the exams.

Now back to the elections, what this implies is that if a candidate fails to fulfill the 25% votes in Abuja, it means he shouldn't be declared winner cos it's like a student answering only number one question AND leaving the remaining two. This means that the candidate shouldn't be declared winner according to the instructions INEC themselves gave for the election.

That is not the spirit of the constitution

Are u saying Abuja votes are now superior to Ebonyi vote

Una no get sense....
Abuja citizens get two heads right??
The question should be directed to the framer of the clause and not those interpreting simple line of the constitutional sentence. It's you people that are making the FCT voters to have two heads because the constitution never contemplated that.
It is never a vague sentence, the intent of the framer cannot be eroded away for anyone convenience. It's just like say, when you're coming bring along with you beans, rice, cocoyam, maggi and pepper. If you brought the first 4 items and refused to bring the pepper, you have not done what I asked you to do.

It will favour those that followed the news online more.

The answers are going to be from their lecture notes.
They shouldn't be carried away with social media influence and positions but rather on the principles at taught in their curriculum.

Students will pass with high grades because they voted Obi and Atiku, Emilokan bought result from INEC. The pain associated with the rigging will make them share their experiences at the poll.

Zaazuu the baboon in the zoo is a comic that will fetch high marks.

So technical questions. They students were not asked to narrate what happened rather they are been asked the process that leads to the proceedings. If you don't read, you can never pass such questions. It's a typical set up for the students to fail. Only intelligent students will hit the points. It's so simple and difficult.

Unfortunately election is not an examination, English is simple and complex at the same time. You will see words with the same spelling but different in meaning. In English, AND can be used to illustrate different interpretation. It's so unfortunate you are not English student.
