His actions In that very video has no justification given that the policeman was standing and not hostile. It was Seun who was busy doing the slapping and pushing (Assault). Even if the police mistakenly smashed his vehicle it is not a justification for assault.
The only acceptable justification Seun can spring up is if he can prove that the policeman was the one who started the slapping. Then in that case they can both be charged for disturbing public peace.
