i started a filling station with my late father some years ago,after his death i have been face with a lot of challenges ranging from license with DPR as well as fund to complete the project which is at 50% completion.i need some advice on how to rise fund to complete the project

The station is located along kaduna-abuja express way.the building has been completed and i have constructed three underground thanks.Last time i did went to DPR i was told that my file is missing.
