How do i change my 2go Profile location. I sent "UPDATE" as an SMS to 32120. But i got no reply. I was billed N30 for it. What do i do.

Make sure you send the UPDATE with the number you registered with or you visit their website.

pls help i am trying to register on 2go but is not going thru.after filling the information provided and got to download,it will demand password which i dont knw.how do i generate password so i can download 2go on my phone.someone pls help i use nokia 5130 express music.

send 'forgot password' to 32120 in an sms and they will send you a new password.its as simple as that!!!

Any text you send to 32120 has to be from the number registered with your 2go account else it won't work. Think about it, you get a new sim, install 2go, goto your messages and compose "forgot password" to 32120. . . how do you think 2go will receive the text from tht new number and know what username it is for when its not registered to any username?

To change your info go to wap.2go.co.za, under help you will see how to change your profile from their web page. Changes can be made just once.
