That Kebbi sounds like it belongs to Niger republic. I doubt if their politicians interacts with other states' politicians. It's possible they have their own laws and are functioning as a country, who knows. Maybe when you enter there, then you read and hear about them. Lol.
malami is from kebbi ..

We have less than 10 states in Nigeria, namely: Lagos, Rivers, Delta, Kano, Kaduna, akwa ibom, Ogun, edo states. The rest should be scrapped and trashed

We are talking of popularity, not infrastructural development.

There are some stares you hardly read about them , perhaps their governors/leaders are the quiet type who don't like niose

Kebbi
Gombe
Yobe
U will hardly see any of these 3 even in news
When states start to manage their own resources and raise their funds, and then pay statutory taxes to the FG,, and also pay some other taxes based on their own states-generated income,, SOME STATES WOULD JUST DECLARE THEMSELVES BANKRUPT,, and that would also mean that some other states would just offer to buy them and their redundant resources and human-beings and their Debts off..
