Hello chimanet,I am a graduate of elect/elect too and just like you, i prefer to stick with my IT passion.I do not know much practical elect as much as i know about IT engineering.Infact sometimes i wish i had done computer engineering during my HND instead of elect elect. So my first advice, stickwith your software engineering if you are more passionate or knowledgeable about it than elect elect. Number two, i know people outside country that are into your field and it works well for them, so just search for schools online that offer your course and apply online, i am sure you will get a response from them. follow your passion, thats my 2cents. wink

Its not entirely a career change anyway. They are still very much related.

You'll find lots of schools in Canada offering Masters in EE & SE combined.

The one you'll settle for will invariably depend on cost and whether or not they accept you, so start searching and applying!
