I would advise you to go and see your doctor (an understanding one o!) try and go out a bit more and interact with other mums or people. If you can try and make some time for yourself to rest or just read a book, talk to other mums - also don't feel too bad and guilty about how you feel, PND is very common its just that people don't discuss it. take care |
