Job Description

1. We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant / Office Administrator with 3 to 5 yrs experience, to join our company.
2. You will analyze everyday financial activities and provide advice and guidance to upper management on future financial plans, as well as provide administrative support.
3. To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, have an impeccable level of accuracy, and commercial awareness, and have a keen interest in helping to achieve organizational growth.

Responsibilities

1. Manage the day-to-day financial operations within the company
2. Preparing, compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial and Transnational data.
3. Raise Sales order quotations and invoices
4. Manage customer's Waybills
5. Generating periodic financial reports for management.
6. Ensuring consistent accurate financial records.
7. Executing regular audits and resolving discrepancies.
8. Review and monitoring of operation expenses.
9. Handling tax matters, tax planning, and other regulatory compliance.
10. Advising and implementing best practice methods to increase revenue and reduce costs.
11. Any other duties assigned by the General Manager

Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
•Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, ICAN, or similar will be an added adavantage.
•3 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
•Proficiency in accounting software, office suite, power point and MS Excel.
•Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
•Integrity and adherence to ethical accounting practices
