i have constantly observed that i have to fill in how much i hope or plan to earn at an interview or while filling a job form. What is its implication? Is one supposed to rate himself or herself higher than normal? Can it affect your getting employed or not? Please i need useful answers to help with future job applications.they'd be highly appreciated. |
