Many people invest massive amount of money in building a house. Such people do not invest any such amount in any business. They come up and claim that their main achievement is that they are landlords. Many poor landlords exists around us today. They work and build a house they live in but they lack businesses. Oga you better go and starting building business in Nigeria is not predictable Dollar is yet to stable Price changes like clock if you sell your market and you want to buy new one the price most have gone up If you invest 100 million guy everything can varnish if you are not careful how ? 1.Insecurity kidnapper 2. Staff fraud 3. Fuel and diesel 4. Increment in salary Government official coming to your office for tax and others Your capital will be going little by little until it varnish but that house will always appreciate In value and will never bring depression to you . |
