Is Buying A Shop In Developing Market A Good Investment? by echesilver: 5:31am On Jul 06, 2023
Hello everyone! Hope you're having great times.

Well, following Anambra state government's policy to demolish shops in Ekwulobia main market in Anambra state, business men resort to relocating their business to developing Nkpologwu market, neighboring town.

My parents disclosed the information to me, that there's a rush to secure the shops and the price is relatively cheap now.

I don't really know much about owing shop in market if it's a good investment. I was saving to secure a land but not really easy because I earn salary.

I'm contemplating on using the money I've gathered now to secure the shop and continue saving for the land.

Please I need brotherly advise my people.
