Job Purpose:

Collaborate closely with the sales team to execute sales initiatives for each project.


Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Set personal sales targets in alignment with global sales objectives as established by the line manager.
Generate sales reports and present them to the Sales and Marketing Director.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations by collaborating with legal and finance departments.
Coordinate with sales operations and external agents to expedite customer payments as per contractual agreements.
Provide weekly and monthly reports to senior management regarding sales targets, customer inquiries, and feedback.
Ensure timely and efficient collection of sales proceeds.

Qualifications, Skills, and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales, with a strong emphasis on the domestic market.
In-depth understanding of the real estate market and the needs of domestic customers.
Familiarity with the country's real estate brokerage market.
Proficient knowledge of the company's business and sales strategies, as well as the real estate industry.
Excellent communication skills in both the regional language of the focus country and English.

Job Roles and Compensation:

Sales Representative: 3-5 years of experience, with a guaranteed salary range of $2.7-3.9 million per year (unlimited commission potential).
Senior Sales Representative: 6-8 years of experience, with a guaranteed salary range of $5-10 million per year (unlimited commission potential).
