If only we can be very grateful to Allah swt for all He has done and he is doing in our lives, our grief will be subduled ..greif is a disesaese in our hearts and comes from worry and wrong thinking ..
Most of the thing that get us down are temporary situation that with patience will vanish away.
It's is lack of loved partner?
Or the lean purse?
Is it the unfruitful business effort or
Failure of marriage?
Is it lack of attention from parient etc?
Whatever situation you are going through remember the world of Allah in Q 94:5&6 verily for every distress or hardship there is relief..
So rethink do not focus on those problem keep your eyes on the goals you have set for yourselves this year if you don't have any this another opportunity to put your pen on paper and white ..Give gratitude to Alllah have gratitude register (.a book you will write all what you can thank Allah for whatever favour you can think he is done in your lives )

Peer pressure kills
Many youth have found themselves in boundage and precarious situation .This is simply by following their self will rather than submitting their will to that of almighty Allah.
The prevalent suicide in this country the high rate of prostitute drug abuse is a consequence of wrong influence and bad attitude.
The quranic recitation and daily 5 times solat prayer is doing something for the soul ..
It is constantly putting them in state of trianquilities ..
In the remember of Allah do heart attain state of peace and tranquility
