JLK Empire: Advice clients and phone dealers on what to look out for in Phones, Accessories, and Gadget.

There has been a recent increase in the purchase of used phones compared to new ones. This is due to the rising prices of new phones and gadgets in Nigeria, caused by the steady increase in the dollar exchange rate. During an enlightening session with JLK Empire staff and customers at their mega store/office, the CEO, Mr Ajibade adewumi Folajimi, emphasized the importance of identifying the pros and cons of obtaining quality and durable gadgets, as opposed to buying deceitfully packaged refurbished ones.
According to Mr. Ajibade Folajimi, every Nigerian is aware of the poor electricity supply in the country, so it is crucial to avoid having a gadget with a poor battery. Therefore, when purchasing a new or used gadget, it is essential to check the durability of the phone or laptop battery. He also stressed the significance of the camera's quality to prevent the need for frequent phone replacements, especially due to poor camera performance. Evaluating the quality of a phone's camera before purchase is essential, not only for content creators but also for general phone users. It can be disheartening to capture images that are of low quality compared to those taken by friends.
In addition to battery and camera quality, customers should also consider other aspects of the phone's settings, such as the phone/gadget information(About phone) and user manual. This can help detect if the phone/gadget is original or refurbished. Mr. Ajibade Folajimi also mentioned the importance of evaluating the storage capacity, RAM, ROM, and the display's smartness when choosing a gadget.

It is crucial to assess the market price of a gadget, as many people have unknowingly purchased fake versions of gadgets at cheaper prices. To avoid falling into this trap, the Ceo advised the general public to be cautious when a gadget's price seems too good to be true. There have been cases of stolen gadgets being sold at ridiculously low prices, and buyers in such scenarios are at risk of legal consequences. To mitigate these risks, it is essential to obtain a purchase receipt and preferably buy from a verified vendor.
In summary, purchasing a smart gadget requires considering the product's quality through research, the brand, and your budget. It is also advisable to choose a vendor or brand that offers warranties. Additionally, don't forget to assess the mobile gadget's operating system before making a purchase.
Despite the appreciation in gadget prices due to the increase in the dollar exchange rate, JLK Empire provides an affordable option. Customers can buy new and quality UK phones with just a 30% deposit of the total phone cost and take advantage of the easy buy package for easy payment.
