Social Media Strategy and Content Creation:

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across all relevant platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat and LinkedIn, to align with MOS Homes Ltd’s brand identity and marketing objectives.
Create engaging and visually appealing graphics, images, and videos using tools like Canva to capture our audience's attention and drive engagement.
Plan and schedule social media content in advance, ensuring consistency and relevance while staying updated on the latest industry trends and best practices.
Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.


Blog Content Creation:

Research and stay informed about our investment industry, understanding the market trends, and competitor activities to craft informative and insightful blog posts.
Write compelling, SEO-friendly blog articles that showcase MOS Homes Ltd’s expertise in the investment market, highlighting the potential benefits and opportunities for investors.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, industry experts, and influencers to gather relevant insights and quotes for blog content.


Community Engagement and Customer Interaction:

Proactively engage with our social media community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Foster a positive and interactive online community by moderating discussions, initiating conversations, and addressing any customer feedback or concerns.
Marketing Campaigns and Collaborations:
Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring social media activities align with broader company initiatives.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your graphic design skills and Canva expertise.
Solid understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices for brand promotion.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor content for different audiences.
Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other graphic design software.
Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization for blogs is a plus.
Strong analytical skills to track and report on social media performance metrics.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
