As I wrote in a similar thread last year, this is the best time to buy a car from the US. The reasons for this can be attributed to reduced attendance at auctions due to cold weather and other factors. When there is reduced attendance, one can get cars at better prices since there are less buyers to compete against. Before you send your request, please do some research and find out the standard selling price of the car in Nigeria. My target is to save you at least N200,000 on the standard Nigeria price. If I cannot save you that much, you might as well buy in Lagos. Finally, in addition to buying the car for you at auction, I will also ship and clear it. So you will never hear stories of this agent or that agent running away with your money. I will accept responsibility for anything that goes wrong or right. @ John 3:16 & Ollyjoe20, Since both of you want Toyota products, I will advice you to wait till Monday. That's when Toyota Financial Services (a branch of Toyota) comes to auction. On Mondays, the auction is flooded with all models of Toyota. Unfortunately, they only come on Mondays. So if we miss it this coming Monday, we have to wait till the next one. If you are ready, contact me on Sunday and I will send pictures of what they have available.
