Job Description

She will ensure the office is always in a clean, tidy and presentable state
The Female Office Assistant/Cleaner will competently receive and welcome all clients while offering them a pleasantly memorable experience as they visit us.
She oversees the availability of office supplies and toiletries
She will assist with errands to places in proximity to the office
Preference will be strictly given to applicants residing around Ajah / Ibeju-Lekki. Applicants living outside this axis may not bother to apply due to rising cost of transportation.

Responsibilities

Clean the office and maintain a tidy office environment
Receive, welcome and entertain visiting clients while ensuring clients get a pleasant experience
Handle all required office assistance activities
Ensures a pleasant and welcoming office environment all through office hours
Handle cleaning and other minor domestic/office chores
Qualifications

SSCE / GCE
Key Attributes:

The Female Office Assistant/Cleaner must maintain a hygienic and welcoming disposition.
A very friendly, humble, amiable and genial attitude generally towards internal and external clients will be required. An attractive smiling countenance will be greatly influential.
The Female Office Assistant/Cleaner should be polite, attractive, dress neatly and be presentable.
The Office Assistant should be a young and probably single woman in the age bracket 18 to 30.
