Comrade Smart Uwakwe a night of Catholic caught with female native doctor after spreading diabolical charm at the ARTSMA head office umuahia.

Tension grip staffs of Abia State Road Traffic and Safety Management Agency (ARTSMA) as Fire Service Security officers caught Comrade Smart Uwakwe red-handed on Tuesday 22nd August 2023 around 10 pm with a native female doctor, they walked into the Agency’s Office barefoot

The Newly appointed General Manager was informed that Comrade Smart Uwakwe was caught with a native at the office by 10 p.m. preparing charms red-handed without the notice of the office.

The New GM stormed the office with security agencies, and pressmen caught Mr.Uwakwe red-handed and saw the spread of Diabolic Charms all over the offices.

It was the help of security officers with Abia State Fire Service, alerted the ARTSMA New General manager, Mr. Eziyi, who stormed the office in the morning Wednesday, and Smart’s Personal Assistant Monday Chinagorom was sent by her boss to clean up the diabolic charms that were spread.

Monday Chinagorom wanted to remove the evidence and fire service officials stopped her before the arrival of the ARTSMA New General Manager

The Nigerian Police Force was informed about the incident by the New General Manager and Fire Service officials, the Nigerian Police Umuahia command came and saw the evidence and arrested Comrade UWAKWE Smart.
