I went out this evening to collect my power bank from where I plugged it, I think water might have gotten into it while I was coming back because it was raining then. I noticed burning smell out from the charging ports now when I wanted to charge my phone so I had to remove my phone from it... Please how do I dry it or stop the burning smell coming out from it?

You should have wrapped it in nylon or have a casing for it.. water touching anything electronics ain't advisable if the gadgets are not water resistant.

Likely fix.. leave the powerbank outside for either sunlight or air to dry it. Do it for like 2-3 days and your powerbank will be fine.

Take it to engineers, have them clean the board
