I want to know if fidelity bank recruits fresh graduates without writing an aptitude test.We were interviewed by three branch managers in Trade fair branch in July and attended another interview with the regional manager yesterday.I just hope the job is not a contract job.I am a university graduate.Please anybody who has information concerning fidelity bank recruitment proccess should give me info concerning this issue . |

@mokpas, second class lower need not go for an aptitude test, you only go for interview and that is purely contract but if you do have a 2.1, you will be seen as permanent staff. any way, any how congrats, i will u luck |

My brother i ve a 2.1, hope they will take me as a full staff and not a contract staff ? |
