We are recruiting for a Female Sales/Marketing Manager in our office in Awoyaya presently

JOB DESCRIPTION :

* Research and understand the local real estate market to identify potential clients & generate leads through various sources – cold calling, networking, referrals, and event

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, preference and budgets

* Effectively communicate property details, pricing, payment plans and available amenities

* Negotiate with clients to close deals and meeting company sales targets
Attend industry event, exhibitions, and seminars to expand the network, promote company offerings, and enhance brand visibility.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently striving to exceed expectations.

BASIC SKILLS REQUIREMENT

*Ability to sell
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
* Ability to handle objections
Strong networking capabilities

The Salary Is Robust. The employee will also have some bonus aside from the Salary
