1)Seller sends SPA

2. Buyer Signs SPA and return with his Tugboat details and SSB Number, Receipt of payment for hiring of the Tugboat, ATB format with the phone numbers of the supercargo and inspector and Copy of the Letter of Engagement of the supercargo and the inspector.

3) Seller verifies the information provided by buyer and issues Corporate Marine Authority To Board(CATB) to buyer's inspection team.

4) Buyer and Seller Board Buyer's Super Cargo and Inspector.

5)VESSEL CAPTAIN ISSUES ATTESTATION.

6.) UPON CONFIRMATION OF ATTESTATION JOINTLY SIGNED BY PREGNANT VESSEL CAPTAIN AND BUYER SUPERCARGO, BUYER PAYS N-200-MILLION FOR LOGISTICS. BUYER'S SUPER CARGO REMAINS ONBOARD WHILE INSPECTOR COMES DOWN WITH SAMPLE.

7.) UPON SUCCESSFUL Q/Q, INSPECTOR SENDS RESULT TO BUYER AND SELLER AND THEIR RESPECTIVE BANKS.

8.) SELLER ISSUES COMMERCIAL INVOICE. BUYER PLACES MT103 INTO THE SELLER'S NOMINATED ACCOUNT FOR THE TOTAL VALUE OF THE PRODUCT.

9.) ALL DOCUMENTS ARE ISSUED BY SELLER IN BUYER'S NAME AND BUYER PAYS THROUGH SWIFT WIRE TRANSFER WITHIN 48-HOURS SIMULTANEOUSLY WITH ALL THE FACILITATORS/AGENTS LESS N200 MILLIION PREVIOUSLY PAID TO THE SELLER FOR LOGISTICS.

10.) SELLER INTRODUCES BUYER TO VESSEL HANDLER, TO PLACE NEW AND FULL CHARTER ON THE VESSEL AND TAKES OVER.
11.) BUYER SAILS TO HIS PORT OF DISCHARGE.
