I think the Chelsea squad is stuck with the 4 5 1 formation.
And the coach will force those players to increase their proficiency in converting dead ball and corner into goals.
Changing to a 3 4 3 or a 3 5 2 will not work for this team because of the type of midfield and attack play it has .
So potechini has a lot of work to do with regards to these players,choke them to grind results or boost their moral on this set of players to execute a successful grinding of delivering a win
