■ They are mostly sold by Northerners. Special Pepper is combination of varieties of dry seeds, leaves plus Ginger. When they grind them together, it becomes the special Pepper (yaji)

Don't worry about that. Just post the names. I can use Google to sort out the English names. I truly wish there was a recipe available so we quit getting taken for by the many commercial mixes out there claiming to be the same but are nowhere close to correct. undecided
