2. Assaulting your spouse is a serious offence in the military and could lead to dismissal
3. With this video evidence, the assaulted partner could sue and that would the military woman in serious trouble.

Assaulting a civilian while on uniform, that was a disrespect to the military, assaulting her spouse, that's against military code, chances are, that she'll undergo court-martial and likely be dismissed.
