I don't know if its the car dealers that are making things look awkward or its the exchange rate, cos sincerely n genuinely price of used car is also crazily expensive... being looking to get a Nigerian used Toyota Matrix 04 n its damn crazy to hear the prices of various ones have seen.

It's only stupid people that would celebrate this. Car someone buys when dollars was 900/naira would definitely have an increase in price since dollars is now 1k/ naira, coupled with the levies, there might not be a significant change in prices of used cars
