Hi, i dont know what is happening to my nokia n97, i cant dial out and i can pick my calls too due to the touch screen problm, it just stopped working, pls what can i do,

Guy, do a soft reset: *7370#, which will automatically format the phone and restore it to factory default, let's see if it will be ok from there. Just remember to backup your contacts, messages, apps etc. Can't remember the buttons to combine to do a hard reset, but this should do. However, if this doesn't work, then see if you are using the latest firmware (*#0000#: Options, check for software update). It's a very good phone, but unfortunately, some pieces are bedevilled with one or two issues.
