On a contrary fuel station when suppose get fuel, they find alternative to power supply.
There's a filling station in my area that uses solar power they also has four pumps.
I think it will be very ok, if you can meet up to the capacity.

You have a very big roof, enough to accommodate dozens of solar panels. Solar installation makes a lot of sense and should pay for itself in 5 months or less. I would suggest you have a talk with @Cooldipo or Alejobs.

There is nothing solar can’t power.

Go solar, u won’t regret it, 10kva inverter should be ok for u and if u have cash use 15kwh lithium battery and 16 pcs of 450 watts panel, it will save u a lot of cost at the long run.

4 pumps is roughly 4kva load. That does not count other loads. And the 4 pumps will be running constantly with high starting current

It is doable but it will be at cost. Domestic solar installations that carry light and TV will not cut it
