It has been discovered that many people got duped by the grabbers for being novice. A due diligence is needed when it comes to getting a property and making documentations. The land that is totally free from any government known acquisition will process Private C of O; if the land has existing title on it Governors concent will be done. If a land that is under acquisition has a title; the prospective buyer should know that c of o cant be given twice instead you will go through ratification process again.
Meanwhile if before the land is acquired and there is existing title before this effect, the prospective buyer has to go through ratification process of c of o not consent.
